They issued me a card… lost in mail… bank does not provide with temporary cards… big negative i need my debit card now!! They failed to provide me with a debit card in a timely manor ? 2 star review..

I went in excited to open a new business account to only be turned away. Had teller said all the banners are busy and you can come back tomorrow. It was 1pm and the bank closes at 5pm. In my years as a banker, I would never tell a customer that! I would set expectations and offer a drink or something and get their information. Never let business walk out the door.

The service was above and beyond what I expected!! Great staff and helped me with my original transaction and also a problem I was asking about. I would HIGHLY recommend this branch to friends and family! Thank you for knocking it out of the park, TRUIST!!?

Disappointed with Restroom Policy and Customer ServiceI recently had a frustrating experience at Truist that compelled me to leave this negative review. Upon entering the branch, I politely asked an employee if I could use the restroom. To my surprise, they responded by asking if I was conducting any business at the bank. I explained that I had an account with Truist and had just used their ATM.Despite my response, the employee refused to grant me access to the restroom. I even suggested withdrawing a token amount of $1 from my account, hoping that it would make me eligible to use the facilities. However, my request was met with a resounding "No" and no further explanation.I understand that policies exist to maintain security and privacy, but denying a basic human need like restroom access to a customer who has just used their services is highly disappointing. It left me feeling unwelcome and unvalued as a customer.I hope that Truist reevaluates its restroom policy and provides clearer guidelines to its employees regarding customer service. Basic amenities should be readily available to customers who have already engaged with the bank's services, regardless of the transaction amount.I expected better from Truist and hope that they take this feedback seriously in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Alex did a great job answering all of my questions and following up with me, I was impressed with her professionalism and customer service skills. Also appreciate that this branch was the first of 5 other branches I called that was actually able to answer the phone.

Another reason I will never bank with BB&T or Truist. I go to the bank to cash my payroll check and they tell me it’s $8 fee to cash it. This is legal THEFT. Shame on you and all banking organizations who steal from hardworking people.

Ok people! I love this branch and we had the best experience with a sweetheart of a women named Vera! She was the absolute best and most caring and wonderful person we could have encountered. Someone please the women a raise!!

I don't know why I didn't look at the reviews before I went to this branch. Communication..horrible. Customer svs..horrible. They didn't even deposit my money into the correct account. Now I'm spending my time correcting their mistake. Drive out of your way if you have to but do not go to this branch.

If you want to be charged overdraft fees for no reason then this is your bank. When you go into the office you will wait more than 30 plus minutes to even be seen. When you finally get to see someone they are absolutely no help and will blame everything on you. No help at all! Would never recommend this bank to anybody

Not the best customer service experience, even worse if you are in a position where you may not have the luxury like myself to wait on your money. Long term savings account holder told three times to bring ID to branch after opening checking account online, still waiting, along with lack of communication regarding the concerns. I would not bank here and especially not obtain service from this location. Would love to give feedback to the quality manager regarding this new combined company, things have for sure changed for the worse.

Hi went up to this branch the other day to cash and deposit a SunTrust check. I have been able to go to other BB&T branches and do just that. However, the lady inside that was in charge of the drive-through lanes told me that she could not cash this check because it was from a SunTrust account. Mind you, I have cashed a SunTrust check at a BB&T branch just the week before. The lady was extremely rude about it and threatened to not even deposit the check for me after I asked why I could not cash it. SunTrust and BB&T have been merged for almost 3 years now and for whatever reason, they still cannot seem to get it together and allow customers from either bank do use the others. I am about to close my accounts along with recommending all of my friends, family, colleagues, and clients to not bank with SunTrust, BB&T, or Truist ever again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I asked to speak with somebody else inside, and I was almost refuse service. This branch needs to get it together and work on being able to help Suntrust clients.
