Bodyplex Fitness - Hamilton Mill is a well-equipped gym with a great selection of new equipment, drinks, and snacks in the lobby. The staff, including the manager Greg, are described as charismatic and wonderful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, some customers have reported issues with pricing and poor customer service from the front staff, which the business has addressed by personally reaching out to resolve the concerns.
I went to Bodyplex to take advantage of the Silver Sneakers program there. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Although the class was very full, there were plenty of supplies, like weights for example, and everything was clean and neat.
