“I never leave reviews for retail stores but I was in there yesterday, and Chase and Howard were so dang nice. Retail jobs are a lot of work and can be frustrating so I don’t expect 5 star over the top customer service ever (just don’t be a jerk, that simple) but Chase and Howard were putting out good energy and smiles. Also, the store was clean and very organized.”
“Kinda underwhelming... Kinda boring ..kinda dry kinda bland -white bread, uncooked rice, eggs with no salt.
But not bad. Its good for the gut to have bland foods sometimes. And that's why this JC penny is good for you sometimes. No thrills no decoration even! It's Christmas not on wreath or tree...
Clean spacious but I would skip and go to Macy's for similar priced items or luxury items that are in the last act section if your on a budget.
Overall this wasn't a bad department store but it was very simple and I felt everything they offered is similarly priced in other department stores.”

“My daughter and I went school shopping at this location today and found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The store was a little busy but the staff was on point helping us, other customers and even putting our product. Two people in particular working today really engaged and made sure we had everything we needed before we could even ask. It was a young man and woman and they seriously were on top of everything.”
“i went today because my husband is a firefighter stationed close by, so wanted to take a look and heard they had a stuff your bag sale. from the moment i walked in everyone was so nice and welcoming ( i came in 30 minutes before closing ) everyone helped me with no issue, let me take my time and i also got a great deal on the sleep wear fill your bag. my total was originally $201 and went down to $21. they didn’t pressure me nor rush me. i will be coming back and telling everyone about it! kuddos to the owner, staff for keeping it so clean and organized.”

“Lots of help and joyful employees. We went for the costume sale so obviously it was crazy but the employees did great keeping the store clean and clutter free but also were happy to help whenever we needed it”
