Had a wonderful shopping experience today at this location!! The sales girl, Crystal has such a friendly and bubbly personality, which made shopping here awesome!!

I was helped by Crystal, who has been at Carter’s for around a year. I asked and she said she was alone (new hiring in process). She was very calm, even with multiple customers, and knew the store and merchandise very well. She was also courteous and helpful. I was super impressed!
