A very big Thanks to Dominique and Jared for taking good care of me on the last minute. I've been chasing around the area for days as it got close to by reservation date just for a suburban because me and my wife is looking for a vehicle to purchase and we wanted to take this suv for our mini vacation. Dominique had got it for me the day before while other local enterprise had said it's not a guarantee and none was in in their lot through the whole week of calling to locate one. Jared assist me to the suburban and went over everything should me how to use the vehicle, the drop box and even cleaned our vehicle. A very respectful team and helpful. I really appreciate dominique and Jared for doing this As promised I told them that I would give them a good review. Thanks to enterprise team in buford.

I returned my rental intact and clean and was refunded my deposit. I was called three days later to be told I was going to be charged a detailing fee of a $100 because there was vomit in the car. They will see me in court if they make that stupid mistake. $100 will be the least of their problems. Attached are pictures of the clean vehicle I returned. Beware when renting from this place.

There’s one person working on a busy Saturday. 1hr before they close a room full of people. You’re wasting hours of your day bc they didn’t staff appropriately. Will never ever use this location again. The associate was very nice despite how frustrated everyone was.

I want to say I had a great experience with this location, they treated me very nicely, but I will say I had a reservation @ the Winder , Ga location at first and I made my reservation over 30 days out , come time to pick up the vehicle there was nothing on his lot , he assured me that my vehicle would be there , I waited over 3 hours, after I waited that long the manager became very disrespectful to me and told me he told me that he never told me that he would guarantee me a vehicle, this is one of the rudest enterprise dealerships I have ever dealt with
