I wanted to say how great Brian Nguyen was! I was in a wreck recently and I’ve never gotten a rental before. Long story short I was super annoying lol he was so nice, answered all my stupid questions, and set me up with a really great car and a very detailed list of all the rules and regulations lol I never got the review email but I hope that this still gets him some kind of good credit or something because I saw how hard he was working and he still took time to deal with me in a very kind way. I’m trying to learn how to be more brief but it’s still a work in progress lol I just wanted to say thank you is all.
