Many customers have shopped there for years, praising its great selection, knowledgeable and nice staff, and services like online pickup. However, recent reviews note some problems. These include messy and disorganized shelves, issues with gas pumps, and a frequent lack of checkout clerks, leaving only long self-checkout lines. Some find the self-checkout machines annoying with repeated instructions. Despite these issues, many continue to shop there regularly for its savings and variety.
Mrs Alice in customer service was so helpful when some peaches rung up the wrong price. Mr. Ajani is such a nice young man. He helped us at the fuel center when our mobile pay wasn’t working. Thank yall for helping us yesterday:):)

Conveniently located prices are getting a little better. Walmart is even higher and you won't have to go walking every where trying to find everything. Just stick with Kroger!!

I've not had any issues with service or products at Kroger over the years. I would like a more updated purchase receipt that's more legible. Thanks!
