βJonathan in Women’s Apparel deserves a HUGE shoutout!
Last week, I was looking for a very specific dress and size, and even though the store was incredibly busy because of a sale, Jonathan went above and beyond and searched the entire department to help me find it.
He made me feel important, never rushed, and genuinely cared about helping me. You can tell he truly loves what he does and takes pride in his work.
Whatever Jonathan is getting paid, it’s not enough! He is an absolute asset and deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Jonathan, for going above and beyond!β

βTonya Smith was beyond helpful and gave the most outstanding customers service in the ladies dept . If I can rate her 500% I would . Very helpful polite and patient . I can tell she loves her job is very efficient at what she does Hope she is recognized. She defines deserves it and more !!β

βI've never been a frequent shopper here at TJ Maxx as I find it a little frustrating. Finding something in the size and color I need always seems like a scavenger hunt.
However today, I wasn't shopping clothing, but a specific gift from the beauty items area where I hit the jack pot! I was so delighted to find exactly what I wanted, I will be back again to monitor your offerings! Kudos TJ Maxx!β
βJake did a fantastic job helping me find bridal shoes! I walked out of Nordstrom Rack with three pairs of white shoes for my upcoming events. It was the best customer service!β
βI had a great experience with Hannah and her co-worker (she had short blonde hair, didn't catch her name). Hannah sized me and her co-worker checked on me and helped me try on different undergarments until I found a few items that fit me well and I was comfortable with. I would definitely go shopping at this location again.I went early in the morning on a Wednesday and I was the only one in the store at the time.β
βI don't go to the mall much, but when I do I have to end up going to Macy's for cologne or the Apple Store. I went to pick up some cologne on this day as I had a $100 gift certificate from Humana that I chose. Long story short I bought the new Armani Code that came out last October. It was 2.5oz and the total cost was $143.00. Basically I just had to come out of pocket $43 for my purchase, Granted it's much more better going to Macy's if you have some type of gift certificate or coupons. Unless of course you're just a high roller and it doesn't affect your pockets much.β
βToday my sister was assisted by the wonderful Emily! While on facetime with my sister, who was shopping for our upcoming Greece trip, Emily was very helpful, diligent, and the most wonderful personality while she assisted my sister! I have not been to JCP in awhile myself, but I definitely am tempted to make a visit. We need more Emily’s in the retail environment! Keep it up!!! Thank you!β
βMy favorite place. Took my cousin from Canada there, and she was not disappointed. Got the cutest sneakers for the best price. She was ecstatic. I even got myself a great pair. Love the priceβ
βMy go to target but usually the “trendy” items are not in stock and is hard to reach the front desk over the phone. But beyond that, the staff is usually helpful and friendly. The place could be a little more organized and clean.β
βhad gone to many different targets and couldn't find the vinyl i was looking for. when i had no luck finding it here again, i asked Adrian (in the electronics department), and he went out of his way to double check were we had already looked (he even said if he couldn't find it today, we could come back tomorrow and he would hold onto it for us) and then he went to the back to check there as well and found the LAST one... βMrs Alice in customer service was so helpful when some peaches rung up the wrong price. Mr. Ajani is such a nice young man. He helped us at the fuel center when our mobile pay wasn’t working. Thank yall for helping us yesterday:):)β
βQUAY!!! she’s super sweet, she didn’t hesitate to help me load my bags to my car since the carts can’t leave the store, and me having my little ones 👦👦 with a stroller! She made my experience beyond wonderful♥β
βI had THE BEST experience the other day at my Sardis Church Rd. Walmart. I'll spare you all the details, but I had Keri (new to Walmart) in Automotive, Bryan-the Automotive Mgr., April-Mgr(?) at Customer Service and a couple of very helpful others, there, taking care of me and my dilemma. After many suggestions and a lot of time, it was all finally resolved thanks to their patience, suggestions and accommodating actions! Thank you to those mentioned and the others, (sorry unnamed), for your assistance. It was a wonderful experience! Something that doesn't happen very often these days. This customer definitely appreciated it SOOOOO much!β
βVery organized and clean. I visited the vision center for an adjustment on my glasses and Sapphire was so helpful and sweet!! to be honest, I’ll probably only trust her to adjust my glasses in the future.β
βI was greated with a warm welcoming smile from cashier Alize, who also welcomed my two children as well. This kind of customer service and energy I thought was lost, but cashier Alize has given me hope that the art of great customer service isn't lost. She was quick, efficient, but also engaging which makes the whole experience genuine.β
βIt's Wal-Mart, what can I say, this store is usually stocked up with everything you need, seldom do I find items not in stock. However they can definitely work on opening more check out lanes at high volume times. I know it's difficult and I can imagine all the ongoing staffing issues they face, but people hate waiting in longghhh lines. Management has always been friendly when I needed finding something or had any concerns. This location is better than many I have visited...β
