Good afternoon, I’m here to share my unpleasant experience at this location. I went to buy a gift card, and while I was waiting in line, I was looking at some products. I saw a jacket that caught my attention, and when I asked the AGM who was assisting me (and who, by the way, was being very kind) about the price of the jacket, she didn’t know it. She decided to ask another woman who works there. When that woman came toward me, she told me that it was a very expensive product because it was made with American materials. At that moment, I felt humiliated, because I wasn’t asking whether it was expensive or not I was simply asking for the price.
I went back to the register to finish paying for my gift card with the AGM, and the woman came up to me again and kept repeating that it was a very expensive product. I asked the AGM who the manager was, and she responded that the manager was the same woman who kept telling me the product was very expensive. I truly feel awful. I feel humiliated, and what she did was racism.
This location needs attention from a supervisor.

Kyle was phenomenal!! My husband and I stopped by pretty late not realizing the time and we did not feel rushed at all! Kyle took his time helping us find the perfect shoes for upcoming trip which required lots of walking! The shoes was perfect and the customer service was amazing! I hope he get recognized for his hard work! ☺️

Staff was patient and tried to be helpful.
New Balance's website has the location listed for returns and trade-ins but was told by the employees that this location doesn't honor that policy since they're Family Owned. Had to travel an hour plus to Dawsonville to be helped.

I went into the store today to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased online. I hadn’t been in the store before, but it is my new go-to place for athletic footwear! Quinn Took care of the exchange and guided me to my new wonderful shoes! His breadth of knowledge about their products was impressive!

Store is clean and comfortable with plenty of options on hand, but the real reason for this review is an employee named Quinn. So courteous and helpful even when I made a mistake on my own sizing and purchased a shoe that turned out to be a hair too small he helped make it right for me without making me feel bad about it. It's just nice to find that level of customer service. Thanks Quinn for the awesome service and for the awesome recommendation on shoe! 880's ftw

I went in with a size and concept in mind and left with an even better shoe! Quinn helped me find the perfect shoe to travel Europe in my third trimester WITH bunions and all of the other fun swelling discomforts of pregnancy!

It's been few months since I got my New Balance 530 here but I gotta write a review!!! I knew nothing about shoes and which styles exactly I wanted. But he helped me so well to find shoes that fit me and made me feel comfortable while trying on several shoes! I loveee the insoles that he recommended too!!! Very great experience to shop my first shoes after my first paycheck hahaha

We had the most phenomenal experience shopping here because of Kyle. Kyle was so knowledgeable and patient as we perused through the shoes and tried to understand which ones were better for running versus tennis and how to make our shoes last. We left incredibly happy with our purchase and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
