They are always available to help, and they are very knowledgeable, but there’s never any pressure. It is nice just to stroll through the various greenhouses looking at the amazing selection that they have. And they have some great stuff inside the store as well.”

“I can honestly say that I’ve had a great experience getting my riding mowers repaired at Lanier Outdoor Equipment. The latest repair involved getting the electric deck lift to work when the down function was activated. I had already spent over $1500 dollars installing a new deck lift actuator and switch, but the problem persisted. Technician D Martin traced the electrical problem to a bad relay. Boy, do I wish I had taken the mower to Lanier Outdoor first, rather than trying to fix it myself! I also want to thank Rick Martin and Mitch Mullinax for being great service managers at Lanier Outdoor Equipment. I think they have the finest staff in the state of Georgia. “This place was a pleasant find. They have three massive greenhouses and at the time we visited they had mostly fall and winter plants but the price was reasonable and quality seemed good. The owner was a nice person and answered the multitude of questions we had with patience. They supply allover the south east and to some of the other wholesalers in the local region as well so you get better pricing when we get direct to the source. The inner roads can be improved as there was big sized stone gravel not friendly to car tires. Will recommend you to try out this place and will post again after visiting in Spring”

“Home depot, they are all the same. Every store is stocked well. Im glad I know where everything is located... no employees to help if you can't locate and item. Last night I needed a professional hand power spray bottle. I'm on Isle 1 ...the cleaning supply isle. I noticed an employee putting back returned items. I standing with my back to the spray bottles. I ask the employee what isle can I find an empty spray bottle. She tells me it's in the garden department. I explained, I don't need a bottle to mist my plants. I need a spray bottle for cleaning detergent. The employee said yes all the spray bottles are in the garden department. So I Moved to the side of the cleaning spray bottles to show her that they are in the cleaning isle. Isle 1 not in garden. Her reply was... they must have relocated them last night. Now, mind you ...the bottles have been there for 3yrs plus. My only complaint is you need more employees in all the stores. And please train them to knowledgeable in their products and location. Also , most employees could use a few classes on customer service ❗”
