Timely delivery completed as promised within 2 business days from time of order. Order was also fully wrapped in plastic given forecast of potential rain. Appreciate the added service!”

“This review is strictly for the manager on duty when we were purchasing our items. Jeff! Your outstanding, you handle your business, and most importantly you help your customers. Your hard work is noticed and I appreciate you helping our family out with purchasing. We had bought a toolbox on 5/28 and came home to unboxing it and there was a dent on the sides along the frame (yes things like this do happen) but Jeff immediately handled the situation even during closing! The last was at the Buford Lowe's where customer service representative Aarsh and another front deck Rep helped me with multiple large clearance items. Their knowledge and expertise along with their eagerness to help was over the top. I cannot recommend the store anymore!”

“Home depot, they are all the same. Every store is stocked well. Im glad I know where everything is located... no employees to help if you can't locate and item. Last night I needed a professional hand power spray bottle. I'm on Isle 1 ...the cleaning supply isle. I noticed an employee putting back returned items. I standing with my back to the spray bottles. I ask the employee what isle can I find an empty spray bottle. She tells me it's in the garden department. I explained, I don't need a bottle to mist my plants. I need a spray bottle for cleaning detergent. The employee said yes all the spray bottles are in the garden department. So I Moved to the side of the cleaning spray bottles to show her that they are in the cleaning isle. Isle 1 not in garden. Her reply was... they must have relocated them last night. Now, mind you ...the bottles have been there for 3yrs plus. My only complaint is you need more employees in all the stores. And please train them to knowledgeable in their products and location. Also , most employees could use a few classes on customer service ❗”
