Edited / update… Great product, meh service. Warranty service was not responsive to two emails (over a month) but I had replacement shoes within a week of reaching out to them via Messenger. FYI These shoes will shrink if left out in the heat of SC summer sun!

I have multiple pairs of ballet flats, and they are great! I even have a wedge shoe with feathers at the toe. They keep their shape, are waterproof and there are really no other similar flats (after Pappagallo stopped making them). And customer service is also excellent.
