“I’m in sales…which makes me the worst customer. I’m also always in pain due to injuries and not easy to please. Frank didn’t budge. Remained patient and understanding to my needs. Wearing a size 14, I’ve never walked into 5 consecutive stores to find 1 pair that fits right. Frank patiently helped fit me with 9 different options.”
“I was here today with my mother, and we worked with Abby. Abby was so patient and did an excellent job determining which shoes to try. She explained everything and made what could’ve been a really frustrating shopping trip positive. My mom very rarely has good experiences, especially when it’s a purchase she’s anxious about, so I often go with her and have to do most of the talking, but she couldn’t stop saying nice things about Abby and left happy. She didn’t need me there, and that’s the highest praise I could possibly offer. Thank you so much!!”
“This was my first time going to an actual 'real' shoe store and didn't really know what to expect. Mike was very polite and helpful. Even though he was helping several people at the same time, he handled it all without making me feel rushed. It was a different experience for me and I've never spent near that much for shoes, but I really trusted what he was telling me about the shoes that would help me with my physical problems. I'll definitely be going back.”
“We went in on Saturday to get my soon to be husband measured and worked with Amelia and she was fantastic. She sized him using their fit map and advised us on how to get his size. We returned on Sunday with my dad and got him fitted for a suit. She was just the best. She joked along with us and didn’t make us feel like we were another number. She helped us out above and beyond. She needs a raise or something. She is fantastic and knowledgeable about fits and sizing. Loved her!!”

“Lauren was soooo kind. She gave me her thoughtful opinion and got all of her (2) coworkers involved in my shopping experience and it made me feel like someone important for the time I was in there. I can’t imagine her not being in a head position one day soon because I would’ve never have known she was new had she not told me.

“We had a great experience. They not only answered our questions, but took the time to educate my wife and myself as well. Very few places will take the time to do that. If you want some boots, go here. Other bigger stores will sell you whatever you ask for, but this place will sell you what fits you the best and strive for happy customers.”

Warranty service was not responsive to two emails (over a month) but I had replacement shoes within a week of reaching out to them via Messenger.
FYI These shoes will shrink if left out in the heat of SC summer sun!”

“Came into the Mall of Georgia location today after searching all over the mall for a nice suit set for an interview I have tomorrow. I finally came here and was greeted by Tracee B. I told her what I was looking for and that the situation was urgent. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to play dress up with me and help me find the perfect fit. She helped me determine my size, brought me a wide range of jackets, pants, shoes, and blouses, and checked in on me throughout the whole process to be sure I had what I needed. Gosh I loved meeting her today. She is a phenomenal employee and I would love to cross paths again with her someday. This company is very fortunate to have her and I hope you are treating her well! If you are a customer - next time you go to this location, ask for Tracee. You will not be disappointed. :)”
“I understand that most folks sometimes feel more compelled to leave reviews when they experience a horrible experience. I, on the other hand, would like to share a wonderful experience I had with Lynda H. Sorry, I do not know her last name. Every single time I show up there she greets me with her beautiful smile. Even though she may have been wearing a mask but I can tell by her eyes that she is smiling from ear to ear. I do not know her personally but only through my visits there. I purchase most of my items on line only because I have a very busy schedule and do not get the opportunity to shop throughout the store. Sometimes I do go in and get the pleasure to roam around and shop. So far, I had a great experience in the handbags dept and sunglass dept as well. I wish I captured her name but she was very delightful. Now going back to Lynda. Most of my interactions with her has been with returns only because as I mentioned I do many online purchases so many of those items do not fit correctly or are not as flattering as they seem to be online. With that being shared, she has always greeted me and handled my transactions with courtesy and super kind. So blessed to get her each time and confession time, sometimes I try to wait for her only because she by far has been my favorite. Thank you Lynda for being a beautiful soul and thank you for your impactful words to me on my last shopping experience. Next time I show up, I will let you know about this review. God bless”

“I took my daughter school shopping today and we were helped by two associates one at the fitting rooms and one at check out. Both associates were kind and engaged with us in conversation. I wish I had asked their names, the young woman was adorable and had overalls and glasses on and the young man at the counter also had glasses and I want to say a burgundy shirt? Anyway I say all that to say we had a wonderful experience and these two associates were very nice and helpful.”
“First off Charisma and Alany were excellent and very professional. I had a great experience during my visit to Foot Locker yesterday. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome without being pushy. They were knowledgeable, answered my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the cashier was courteous and professional. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the entire shopping experience exceeded my expectations.
