“My husband and I went in to buy one pair of shoes and two insoles, and we came out with 4 pair of shoes, two insoles and a pair of socks. The service Ashley and Madison gave us was top notch. I was a difficult customer to fit but they were both so patient and informative. They provided me with many options and worked hard to find me a perfect fit. So much so that I left with two pairs. They knew so much about what I was looking for. I've never had such great service before in a retail establishment.”
“I don’t really shop at buckle like that but me and my coworkers had come in to purchase some items for a work event and the staff was very helpful, especially Mitzly. Honestly she went above and beyond any expectations. Super nice and sweet and patient. Also Mel, was killer ! Both of their customer service was A1. We had surpassed the time we were supposed to be there and they were really kind and understanding. They were not rude or had attitudes because rig it was me I’d be annoyed of us haha. But I have to give them props for their patience and helpfulness. Honestly would return just based off their customer service :)”

If you want some boots, go here. Other bigger stores will sell you whatever you ask for, but this place will sell you what fits you the best and strive for happy customers.”
“We went in on Saturday to get my soon to be husband measured and worked with Amelia and she was fantastic. She sized him using their fit map and advised us on how to get his size. We returned on Sunday with my dad and got him fitted for a suit. She was just the best. She joked along with us and didn’t make us feel like we were another number. She helped us out above and beyond. She needs a raise or something. She is fantastic and knowledgeable about fits and sizing. Loved her!!”

“Came into the Mall of Georgia location today after searching all over the mall for a nice suit set for an interview I have tomorrow. I finally came here and was greeted by Tracee B. I told her what I was looking for and that the situation was urgent. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to play dress up with me and help me find the perfect fit. She helped me determine my size, brought me a wide range of jackets, pants, shoes, and blouses, and checked in on me throughout the whole process to be sure I had what I needed. Gosh I loved meeting her today. She is a phenomenal employee and I would love to cross paths again with her someday. This company is very fortunate to have her and I hope you are treating her well! If you are a customer - next time you go to this location, ask for Tracee. You will not be disappointed. :)”

I so appreciate it so much because it’s been a long time since I’ve had a little one 19 yrs ago and I had no clue all of the Stride Rites were gone and only online and it was hard finding some but she had some selections and gave excellent recommendations and as a Mom I so love her for it. “I visited this Academy store on 7/21/26 to purchase a firearm. I was greeted by the fantastic team behind the firearm counter, and of course I ended up purchasing a Ruger LCP Max. Overall, everything was smooth and efficient and the gentlemen at the firearm counter were phenomenal. I will definitely be back in the near future for more firearm purchases.”

“I took my daughter school shopping today and we were helped by two associates one at the fitting rooms and one at check out. Both associates were kind and engaged with us in conversation. I wish I had asked their names, the young woman was adorable and had overalls and glasses on and the young man at the counter also had glasses and I want to say a burgundy shirt? Anyway I say all that to say we had a wonderful experience and these two associates were very nice and helpful.”
