Bella at Pottery Barn was incredible at helping me design my space. Her ideas and creativeness have me so excited for our updates. Definitely recommend this location because of her!

We have used PB’s design service for several home projects over the past decade, and have always had exceptional customer service and delivery. We most recently worked with Dana who is fantastic! She really listened to our goals, preferences, and recommended pieces that perfectly matched what we were looking for. She was also very patient with me and handled the few challenges we encountered with grace and poise. Because we have had such positive experiences, we have returned time and time again for help with our home.

A lady working here was so rude to me when I was asking her a question about shopping online. I simply asked if I could order something through the store to receive it faster? Meaning did they do expedited shipping? She told me there was no benefit of ordering in the store than ordering on the phone myself that it would get there just the same pace. So I will not be going to pottery barn anymore to look at their stuff whenever I can just order it and look at it, put it on my bed and then take it back if I don’t like it brick and mortar are turning into return centers, not going to the store to buy stuff

Avoid this location. I've came a few times to try and purchase beautiful dining table. However, no one ever offers to assist. At first, I thought this was because I'm Latino but from reading the reviews this is nothing new.

Pottery Barn’s customer service is the absolute worse. Avoid at all cost. They call themselves a high end furniture store, but once you order a product from them be prepared for the run around. From long back orders/ delays to item defects and customer service reps and supervisors not returning calls/following up as promise, Pottery Barn has become an absolute nightmare for me and my family.

Nice store but whoever the lady was working Wednesday night 1/10/24 maybe you should try helping customers instead of sitting down chatting with a friend. My nephew and I came in to make a purchase, walked around the entire store (no other customers) and were never greeted or even acknowledged. I'll just drive out to Avalon instead

The store and the staff was great, and the delivery process for a $6,000 order was not so great. Last year, we ordered a bed for our son with plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. Christmas came and went, and the reason for the failure to deliver was it was stuck at the shipping hub. Certainly not the store's fault but just poor logistics from corporate. This year we ordered a new couch and coffee table and took the day off to meet them at the house for delivery only to have them no show. Finally, Dee from the shipping hub called to inform me we would need to take another day off to meet them and how he only got this done by pulling strings to get it done so quickly. He acted as if he was doing us a favor by getting it to us despite their screw up. We didn't pick the delivery date, Pottery Barn did, but now it's our burden to take off another day to set and wait for them. Let's see if Pottery Barn makes this right after two failed deliveries or if we need to take our years of business elsewhere. Buyer beware! I will update if Pottery Barn makes it right and gets their act together.

Such poor service at this location. We had to laugh at their snotty attitudes- “don’t you make 10$ an hour?” Or maybe just over. ? snotty how and for what reason? Although, we love pottery barn designs and style we wouldn’t consider it great quality and by the outward appearance of the two ladies one black and one white we wouldn’t consider them high quality either. Snottiness isn’t appropriate for anyone. Get real ladies!

Pottery Barn is lovely, but the employees at this location are actually the worst. They are rude and stuck up but also somehow incompetent. For my order, they spelled my name, my email address, and my shipping address wrong after I literally spelled them out letter by letter, and then told me that I would have to call customer service to fix it. Also, I paid in cash and they did not tell me until after I paid that I could only get a gift card back if I wanted to return it. I'm just not sure how a group of people can be so stuck up but also not good at their seemingly somewhat straightforward job.

Customer service is poor...even after spending a ton of money there. I would check out another location if you love Pottery Barn. That's what I'll be doing.

Bad attitudes are in greater supply than beautiful furniture at this location! The snippy, rude, curt, snobby sales associates here literally must be trained in the art of alienating possible customers when they are hired. If being looked down upon, or ignored, or barely acknowledged even when you make a purchase is your thing, shop here. It's been this way for years and years. I'm just finally taking the time to give y'all the heads up after yet another nasty visit today. Enough! Corporate needs to overhaul management and sales associates at this location. Their sales would increase greatly!!

Made a return instore for items I purchased online, using a receipt and had my email from the order. I was told I would get an email "in a few hours" with an E giftcard for my return(I purchased items using giftcards). Nothing came in my email that day and I contacted the store, I was then told it would take 3-5 business days. After more waiting, nothing came, I then called the website, I found out it was actually coming in the regular mail. It never showed up, so I contacted the website AGAIN. I have now been told it should arrive in the mail in 5-7 days because the store actually put a HOLD on my mailed giftcard the day I made my return. What in the world? This was a 300.00 return. I wont be going back to this location, what a huge hassle.
