I've been here a handful of times recently; I have sold to as well as bought a lot from this store. Walking in the energy is inviting and the store is nicely set up. A VERY fashionable thrift store in a quiet but nice location across from the mall. I love the prices, all of the clothes, and the customer service.

Sold them last year and got store credit. Second time I went back trying to use my store credit which I remembered how much i had left, took me by surprise that I only had like 5$ left instead of 20$ something. So I asked the cashier if he can look up my spending then surprisingly there was a shirt and legging purchase after my on the very first day i sold them and purchased 1 t shirt. I told them I live 30 minutes away and it is impossible that i came back twice on the same day just to shop again. They said they don’t know how it happened and i totally felt like they think i am crazy or trying to scam them. I asked if they have cameras to go through and check since it was obvious to me that someone from their stuff probably shopped my store credit. Nothing happened no apologies I left.
For some stupid reason I came back to this location again to sell a few abercrombie sweatshirts bc thinking they have a new owner would change anything. Well total rip off for 5 sweatshirts i got 15$. Ridiculous will never be back to this location all the staff is just so rude.
The Johns creek location at least pays decent amount for things and they are not rude.

Came in trying to do a consignment deal… took time out of my day started to negotiate with manager Riley on some jewelry & he told me to leave the store? & then i spoke to Morgan & she didn’t help at all. Contradicting staff…. Riley told me $7 each on the bracelets & he retracted the offer ?
