I went to visit this location for the first time, and I would have to say that the customer service was very poor. Multiple Employees did not acknowledge me coming into the establishment and instead assisted other customers. I was looking forward to shopping here, but the lack of customer service turned me away.

My favorite thrifting store, nearly all of my clothes are from Uptown! When I head to the mall of GA, I always stop by for the great deals and stylish clothing. The employees are incredibly nice and helpful as well, and the deals are amazing. You also get paid in store credit for donating your clothes, which is incredible.... read full comment
