“I coach youth football and one of my new players had purchased a brand new helmet from a store. Unfortunately that helmet didn’t have the ear pads or helmet snaps. I found this play it again sports and at first I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Then as I was checking out (purchasing some athletic tape and soft wrap) I asked the cashier if they had these particular ear pads that I needed. He pointed me in but not the ones I needed. The owner Nick/Mick (I forgot his name but he was from Long Island. I remember that much), he must’ve overheard me talking and asked me if I had the helmet with me. I went to the car to get it and upon my return with it, like magic he had 2 matching ear pads that fit perfectly. Upon my checking out, I realized he forgot to charge me for the ear pads because they weren’t on my receipt. He said, “Hey look at it as a gift for the kid!” I was like wow this dude is nice as well you know. Thanks Nick/Mick (Long Island)!”
“The workers in the store were very nice, and the store is very nice and well-kept. I would shop there, but I would probably not sell any more clothes to them. They took some brand new items with tags and some other very gently used items, and I only got $22. Totally not worth it.”
“Plato’s Closet never lets me down, especially when it comes to shoes. They’ve always got a great selection, and I usually walk out with something cool without spending too much. The store is organized, and the staff is friendly but not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for some solid deals.”

I used to come in and lines are so long, now the lines moves faster and I get great conversations and smiles. Also its easy to find things in the store. Keep up the great work ladies!”
