Employees all seem to be very nice. But it's a bit ridiculous when there's 20 people in line and one person working the counter!

The staff is professional and friendly. However, I understand why it’s called “snail mail”. I paid for priority mail which should be 2-3 days and it took 20 days to reach the destination. I mailed regular mail and it took 25 days. This is unacceptable and from now on I will use the UPS Store.
