Their stuff is always broken. ATM something is always not in service. I need a bank that is reliable. This is not it. Customer service lacks. And from previous scandals I would think they would improve. It has not.

The bank teller was very knowledgeable and helped me with my banking issues. Service was quick and prompt. I was in the bank in less than 30 minutes with a new debit card and more information on new services. Definitely love Wells Fargo!
