“Honestly, my 5 stars are for Sherry at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing and went way out of her way to help our family today. I saw her do that for every customer that stood in front of her. We’d had three horrible experiences with Avis between yesterday and today and Sherry, in a matter of 30 minutes, completely turned our day and our experience around. I probably won’t rent from Avis again unless it’s from her. “I don't remember the Lady's name at the register, but the young black lady that helped us around the 4 o'clock shift was as nice as can be. Super helpful, super nice, very beautiful and just put off pleasant and wonderful, warm, and welcoming vibes. My friend was renting a car and she was just wonderful as can be.
