“My experience purchasing my car was a wonderful peaceful experience, The salesperson that worked with me was absolutely amazing and had me feeling like he was an old friend within minutes . Hands down he’s the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with , the only thing that bothered me was the car I purchased said it had an oil life of 33% and the salesman said it would absolutely get an oil change free of charge and set me up for 8 am the folly Monday to which I was on time and the car was immediately taken back for service and 10 min later my car was back and a gentleman gave me my key and said I just had to reset the oil life it looked clean the other dealership must have changed the oil already and chuckled and said they saved you the cost of an oil change so I was upset with that experience I felt like I was just being pushed out the door and like I was being talked to like I was an idiot that could just be talked out of an oil change so I just left , I did pay a place $70 to change my oil ….. that was the only downside to the experience”

“The agent at the Macon Apt office was excellent. However, many aspect of the rental (additional insurance, unlimited miles, additional driver) was not included at the office level. The system should allow the local agents the ability to identify additional items that were part of the online process.”
