I sold cars for 6 years in San Diego, so I know the business. This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. We visited 5 times and met a new team member each time: Austin, Dontrell, Caleb, Aisher, Tania, Osirus, Deneeshi, Nuvindu, Robbie, Sharda, and Nia. Every one of them went above and beyond.
They offer 24-hour test drives, free in-state transfers, and constant updates like tracking a FedEx package. We missed out on the first Outlander my wife loved, but they found us a 2024 from another location at no charge. Osirus even got us a second 24-hour test drive to make sure it was right. Nia skipped her lunch to make sure we drove home happy.
We left with a clean vehicle, full tank of gas, and a whole new “love of car.”

The system should allow the local agents the ability to identify additional items that were part of the online process.”
