“After my phone died on me I went in just to see if the young lady behind the counter could help get it started again and it was a total loss so I decided to treat myself I’m not big on phones my Grandkids love to make fun of me but I went ahead and gave it a try anyway I got the iPhone 16plus the young lady was very helpful explain everything and wrote down the information that I needed she answered all my questions about the phone and was very patient with me.
