“My Verizon bill had $200 overage data for this month. Clayton Moore, Thomasville, Ga Verizon store, spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Verizon support personnel to rectify the charge. He was professional, actually more knowledgeable than the support staff he was talking with, patient and overall pretty darn amazing! He didn't stop when told it was a valid charge( we knew it wasn't). I felt like he truly had my best interest at heart.

“I had a wonderful experience here, Alexis was extremely helpful, after the extreme rudeness and lack of caring I received at At&t I decided I was done paying $70/mo for my phone and their ridiculous rule that you can't buy a phone outright, you must do installments. So I came to T-Mobile I was able to switch my phone number and all my information from an iPhone 8 to a 17e no hassle, I was able to get a phone line that is only $45/ month, and I didn't have someone get snarky with me. This was a great experience and I will be recommending it to others who will listen.”
