“BIG help from these guys! On our way back home to Florida, our truck ran hot. We were pulled over at a restaurant area, waiting on our roadside rv service to get antifreeze to us. After waiting 3 hours, my husband had had enough. He called Oreilly's, and told them our situation. “Cool older style, parts store. A step above the other parts stores when it comes to knowledgeable staff. I would say parts are above average in quality but the new average is pretty dismal these days. Good tool selection and above average body work supplies. If there were a downside, I would say less inventory than the other guys and not as robust of a supply chain but honestly, they end up accomplishing more with less most days.”
