“I just had the best service from Connie. I had placed an order in store and it was lost in the mail. She got all of my information, made a call and got another shipment out to me. She was even trying to find other options for me in the store just over the phone. It’s hard to find people who go out of their way to help you.”

“Not bad, been to a few Nike Outlets. This one was on the smaller side, but of course, I still found a few good things I just couldn’t pass up. Staff were friendly and helpful.”
“I went into the store at the last minute to grab some shoes for a cruise we were leaving on in three days. I found what I wanted but they did not have my size. They offered to ship them from another store but the shoes would not arrive in time. Enter a young employee named Brensen.
He had already been very helpful. Then he said I will get them here before your trip. His Manager reminded him they had a new carrier who took longer than their old one. He said, “I got you”, and took my number and said he would call after noon the next day. He personally drove to the Rome store and got the shoes the next morning. People, that is customer service. He called and I got them a day early.
This young man “gets it”! Even when told it couldn’t be done, he never gave up. Customer service at its finest. Terrific young man with exceptional service. Take care of this young man Rack Room, they don’t get any better. Thank you Brensen!”

“Great hidden gem! It's tucked away in Calhoun, GA. Women's and Men's fashioned style / comfort shoe's. I saw wedge sandles that were exactly what every woman needs with a sundress, very cute. Men's western / workbooks rated for all. Also Timberland Pro everything which I have work shoe composite toe and have worn for last 3 years and they do work. Also slip on boat shoes of every color and style in casual section. Dedicated line of slip on shoe and boots for casual or out for the evening. Section for men ans women's summer / SPF shirts ( Columbia ) for men. Did find a small section Ariat jeans that were reason for my visit. I did purchase a pair to try them out. Quite pricey that is very much in line with Buckle's namebrand jeans. Will give more on the Ariat's after a few times. If you are of the idea "that you get what you pay for?" I recommend checking this store if you're near Calhoun, GA maybe on a trip to Buckey's ( one exit South ).”
