“Very helpful staff! Matt Stead was awesome helping us. We had ten people with us and they worked very hard to accommodate our budget. They went as far as scanning all items for each person so we stayed within that budget. Nice clean store with great prices as well!”
“I got me some white crocks and business shoes I'm a guard at a federal building the price was good opposed to Niki factory warehouse no discount at the later.”
“Walked in the store last week looking for some Timberland boots for my daughter. It was the week of back to school so I anticipated it being busy. My daughter and I checked every aisle twice, probably 3 times and were unable to locate the boots that the website said they had. I waited in line and approached one of the two cashiers. There were two, a young man and a young woman. I was directed to the young woman. I asked about said boots, and she totally blew me off w/ the following statements. “those are seasonal, if we had them they were in storage somewhere”, “you can look around they might be out there somewhere” blah blah, all while using her hand to shew me away.. I had some choice words in my head but I kept them to myself. I circled the store once more and located the best employee in there, Karla. She was absolutely busy re doing the Croc wall but stopped and and listened to me. We verified the inventory was showing on the correct store website, and she said no problem, give me a few minutes. She didn’t hesitate, she didn’t appear to be bothered, although I’m sure she was and disappeared into the back. But she did it, located the boots and even brought an extra size just in case. And that, my friends is how you do it. She did great, honored the request, honored my daughter, handled it quickly and even checked us out. Somebody get that a gal a raise.. Thanks Karla!”

“I just had the best service from Connie. I had placed an order in store and it was lost in the mail. She got all of my information, made a call and got another shipment out to me. She was even trying to find other options for me in the store just over the phone. It’s hard to find people who go out of their way to help you.”
