“Honestly I WANT to like Cato's, but the store itself is... well... shabby. Displays are completely haphazard and I got the impression that the only real "sorting" that they did was "men, women, children, household, accessories." It was more like digging through thrift store bins than shopping. If the store were better organized, I would have given 5 stars, but to me having a poor store appearance/ product display really makes the difference.”
