“I've been going by this store for the last 10 years and never had a bad customer experience until today. One employee in particular could use some more training in customer service.. or atleast not complain about the customers when you're literally right infront of them. Like we all can't hear you? Reading this, you'd probably assume it was someone younger but nope not at all. I attempted to show empathy, because who hasn't been in a bad mood at work before? I ask how he's doing? I tell him he is appreciated. I'm still met with the attitude and sass I'd expect from someone in there teens. Despite this one interaction, I still gave 4 stars because literally EVERYONE ELSE has been kind or atleast decent. And I won't name him but I hope he sees this and learns to save the attitude for those more deserving of it.”
