“Absolute 1st Class Operation! Perfectly run business. I know what it takes to run a Best in Class Operation, and CB employs that in every level. The gentleman that run the front office are just that, gentleman! The texting service they employ is fanominal. They also provide a shuttle service to and from. I have 3 vehicles I take there. A newer vehicle which I chose CB over the dealership because the dealership for Hyundai is horrible! I also have a 10 year old Lincoln and a Classic Mustang which they service. I greatly appreciate the care the mechanics take with all 3.”

“This is the third visit to Nichelson in less than six months, originally with my son’s Jeep, then my wife’s Mazda, and now I had an oil leak repaired in my wrangler. Marcus helped talk me through a couple different options and we chose to do a 3 inch ready lift kit with Falcon 1:1 shocks on a 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500HD
We kept the stock 20 inch wheels and installed some 35.5” tires.

Wow what a difference! Not even noticeable that we raised the truck when stepping in and out, and the ride quality is night and day from stock. The truck came in with 40,000 miles and it feels like it’s brand new off a lot but even better. Anyone on the fence with an HD truck and installing the ready lift kit with the falcon shocks go see Marcus at Cherrokee Tire and they’ll hook you up right.”

“Let me start off by saying that after the trip we had from Kansas back to Georgia being stuck in downtown Nashville with a trailer issue. Then having to drop the trailer at midnight 3 minutes away from this store. These guys have been absolutely amazing. We came in looking for wheel studs which they did not even stock, but they had the drum kit they sold me that were super helpful and friendly. But since I'm not experienced in the underneath part of trailers we had to bring the trailer back to them. These guys had us back our trailer in right away no questions asked no hassle and immediately started getting to work with it. I have to say that in today's day and age this level of customer service this level of professionalism is not often seen and this company deserves to be recognized for standing out . They have a lifelong customer for all of my trailer work ,anything I need on my truck build from here on out this is where I will bring all of my vehicles and I recommend anybody with a trailer or looking to build out a truck does the same. Been taking my vehicles to Jamie since 2018 when I first moved to Canton, I now live in Duluth and I still refuse to let anyone do any work on my vehicle because I only trust Jamie and Chris. The prices are always reasonable and Jamie makes sure to call and let you know what the problem is, run you a price and get your consent before starting any work on your car. Wish I could give a million stars because it’s well deserved”
“Highly Recommend! Oil change (much better than the grease monkey next door) or repair! Prices are very reasonable, and they are extremely helpful and old school, can do attitude.
I first came here when I put a gallon of wiper fluid in my oil reservoir. I know..how stupid. Grease monkey was still open, but didn’t won’t to touch my Cadillac and recommended I leave it with a note for Wade Automotive next door. I did that. And left voicemail. First thing he did was drain the oil and washer fluid (which can damage engine over time). I had it towed out of precaution, even though the grease monkey told me it should be ok to drive, would probably just smoke. Then they didn’t even drain it when I showed up there, b/c it couldn’t be moved into the bay. Not taking action and at least draining in the parking lot was very unhelpful, Wade automotive said “hav you guys never done an oil change in your driveway?” The Cadillac is running fine, and I’m now back at Wade for the first oil change since my dumb error and know I’m in good honest capable “can-do” hands.”
“A couple of weeks ago my 2019 GMC CANYON was over heating. After a lot of hours under the hood and truck I found what broke. I was recommended to G & S for them to check it out. Within minutes James knew the part that was broken. The coolent control was extremely hard to get to only a professional with the right tools and experience could replace it. They were very transparent about the part and how long it would take to fix. The next day I got my truck back and I’ve been driving around and no problem. I know there are mechanics that over charge and lie about problems with vehicles but not at G&S. James, Tayler and the team are blue collar working Americans. They are now my go to mechanics and I’m thankful for their hard work and knowledge. For everyone looking for a “cheap” mechanic just know that the tools and equipment are not cheap and the knowledge doesn’t come overnight.”
