Horrible wouldn't cash a check to me from my mom, then called my mom like I was a up to criminal activity....disgusting

Tellers and bankers need to be retrained on their processes. I shouldn’t have to take hours from work to keep going into their office because they keep messing up. Very disappointing experience with Truist, do not recommend this bank. Plus they were recently breached, so there goes the trust in Truist.

So I came into this Branch to get temporary card since YOUR ATM ate my card and she refused to give it to me when another branch just gave me a temporary card….
