“Jess was very helpful! We live a short distance away but didnt account for the traffic and so arrived 20 minutes before close. The process of starting a bank account took us past closing but she never complained and laughed at all my silly jokes. “We are moving all of our accounts to Regions Bank in Canton ASAP. We have been with our current bank about 11 years. Tried to move our savings into one of their accounts earning 3.5% interest. We were told you have to bring $10,000 in NEW MONEY to qualify. So their marketing people decided lets treat potential new customers better than out long time current customers. We had helped my Mom open an account at the REgions Bank in Canton back in the summer and the experience with Beverly prompted us to come back. Will be moving all of our accounts here over the next couple weeks.”

“Since they had the nerve to close the Chase Bank near my house now I have to truck myself out here to do my banking... The only difference between this one and the one they just closed in Woodstock is that they have NO DRIVE THRU.....what? what kind of bank makes you get out of your car and have to go in to talk to a real person....unbelievable. The place is located in the Publix shopping center right off of I-575 across the near Michael's and Arby's. The parking is plenty but its near the shopping center entrance and exit so watch out when you're backing out because people have a tendency to only think they are the only ones on the road....”
“I had an unusual deposit to make as I had cleaned out a savings bucket in a closet. There were both bills and coins. (The coins were wrapped). The coins were quite heavy but that wasn't an issue for the staff at WFB in Hickory Flat A gentleman (Zack) carried the heavy containers in for me; a cashier (not sure of the title) (Missy) patiently verified my deposits and recorded them. I had called ahead and (Iris) met me at the door and made sure I got the service I needed. Awesome customer service! By the way, I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 28 years and have only ever had one transaction dispute, which they fixed within a reasonable time.”

“There isn't an ATM outside, but as long as you have a BofA card, you can get inside the part with the ATMs. There's only one available as one is broken/off; there's something you can use to tap/insert your card and the doors will unlock.
There are instructions printed by the door the outline how to enter. Assuming you have to be a BofA member; makes it pretty safe.”
“I have banked here for years and I have never had a problem. In fact, I had my debit card stolen a few days ago and I got an alert on my phone saying that I had a $20,000 charge. I denied it and they canceled the card and did not approve the charge.”

I'm 19 & had bad experiences trying to set up a bank account at other places even had a teller make me cry a time or two.. So bad I never even made an account. It scared me as a young girl I just put it off until I was on break and got informed I HAD to cash my check into direct deposit. Thats how my employer had set it up. I received the fastest, kindest, and most knowledgeable service I could've ever received by Kevin. Kevin explained everything but made sure not to over complicate things- easy on my young mind to set me up an account. He even followed up a few weeks after to make sure I knew how to use the app and set up my direct deposit etc etc... Unfortunately I could not answer as I am on a work trip. However I hope he knows I will never forget his Grade-A customer service & attentiveness to someone who knew nothing!!!”
