“Jess was very helpful! We live a short distance away but didnt account for the traffic and so arrived 20 minutes before close. The process of starting a bank account took us past closing but she never complained and laughed at all my silly jokes. “We are moving all of our accounts to Regions Bank in Canton ASAP. We have been with our current bank about 11 years. Tried to move our savings into one of their accounts earning 3.5% interest. We were told you have to bring $10,000 in NEW MONEY to qualify. So their marketing people decided lets treat potential new customers better than out long time current customers. We had helped my Mom open an account at the REgions Bank in Canton back in the summer and the experience with Beverly prompted us to come back. Will be moving all of our accounts here over the next couple weeks.”

“This is probably the best bank of OZK branch that there is. Compared to what I have to deal with in Florida, I was blown away by the friendliness of all the associates there. “I came in originally to open an account. I had applied online, but Wells Fargo required me to visit the branch to provide verification documents. I went in without an appointment, as I wasn't aware I would need one. When I walked in I was greeted by Kevin, I told him I needed to open an account and he asked me if I had an appointment, which I did not, and everyone was booked up today. I asked him a quick question and it turned out my issue was simple to fix, as I only wanted an account to view my mortgage, Kevin let me know I could simply log into the app and see my mortgage without an actual savings/checking account. He helped me in a few minutes before his next appointment and he was a great help to me.
Kevin was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout and I really appreciate his assistance today!
PS- You should consider offices for your bankers, instead of those cubicles. The cubicles are open to the entire branch and there is zero privacy. When I am dealing with my banking matters I expect a little privacy, I don't want the entire branch hearing my business. This is the only Wells Fargo location I have ever visited, so I don't know if that is the standard for all branches, or just this location.”

I just want to say I have come here a couple times and both were to do things I had never done before. I've been new at this whole thing. It was an awesome experience. “There isn't an ATM outside, but as long as you have a BofA card, you can get inside the part with the ATMs. There's only one available as one is broken/off; there's something you can use to tap/insert your card and the doors will unlock.
There are instructions printed by the door the outline how to enter. Assuming you have to be a BofA member; makes it pretty safe.”
