Truist is a banking business that has made adjustments to ensure the health and safety of its clients and staff. Currently, teller services are available through drive-thru lanes, in-person visits are by appointment only, and some branches are temporarily closed or open with enhanced sanitization. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at this branch, noting that the team greets everyone with a smile and goes the extra mile to assist. Many have been pleased with the service, especially following the merger of BB&T and SunTrust, which brought about some changes but maintained high standards of customer care. Visitors have experienced excellent service, whether opening new accounts or seeking assistance, with staff members being described as great representatives. Despite some negative reviews elsewhere, this location generally receives positive feedback for its welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. Overall, Truist is seen as a reliable bank with dedicated personnel who prioritize customer satisfaction.
The few times I’ve come to this location banker/teller Is never very pleasant and I always have issues with this location. I highly recommend the Hickory flat location that do such a better job and if you look at their reviews, they’ve got better reviews too.

Horrible experience. Rude tellers. (Kayla Pee) Managers absolutely no help and rude also. Do not bank here. Move your money to a local credit union or local bank.

The tellers at this bank are rude and have no customer service. I have tried three times to use this bank but will drive to Holly Springs where the customer service is what you would expect from people in Georgia, nice friendly and welcoming!
