I wanted to buy an item that was part of a set, but I didn’t want the other part of the set. I went to the counter to make my other purchases and to ask if it was possible to purchase the one item without the rest of the set. A simple “no” would have been fine but this one lady was so rude to me about it. She explained to me why I couldn’t purchase one item in the set without the other in a way that was very condescending, as if she was trying to personally accuse me of costing the store money and that wasn’t okay at all of her to say or even insinuate. Especially since I was SPENDING money on other items and took her no as an answer instead of pushing back. I came to TJM specifically for that item that I could not get and was very disappointed that I could not purchase it, but I thanked her for explaining to me why I couldn’t even though I felt insulted by the way she explained it to me. I feel like she was trying to make me feel dumb on purpose for even asking the question and that’s no way to treat someone who is asking you a genuine question and spending money at your store. I’ve been thinking about this interaction all afternoon and what she said/did. She genuinely made me feel terrible and disrespected and it really hurt my feelings.

Went into the Canton store to purchase items for me grand daughter and I left my phone in the counter at checkout nymber3. I didn’t realize I left it until about an hour later ? I rushed back to the store and Rose who was at counter 3 had my phone. Thank you so much for having such honest wonderful employees I’m FOREVER grateful Rose!

absolutely love this store! the lady at the front, rose, was so sweet and helped us get a bra half off since one was missing. best lady ever! would recommend this store and pleased give rose a raise!!

My daughter had her eye on a Vanity Box for her skin care. When I took her back on her birthday the item was still available for purchase. You guys made her special day even that much more special. Making a child’s day on their birthday is a blessing. Thanks for being awesome and the Store Manager made sure a bag we left at the register with all the excitement was given to us he sent an associate out to the a parking lot to hand us our bag that was left behind. ????

Very poor selection. I guess when you're on an island you get the last of the last as far as merchandise goes. If you forget sunglasses or a bathing suit this might be the perfect spot for you but to be honest, the inventory and condition of the store was mediocre at best.

Great place to buy dog toys at a very reasonable price. Cashiers are fast, friendly and courteous.
