Just had a great experience here at the Canton Verizon store. Had some connectivity issues and Mark was a big help . Courteous ,friendly, professional. He quickly addressed my issues and got me back on the road. Thank you! I have been with Verizon for 30 years or so. Looking forward to many more.

Don’t understand why they decided to open an hour later… have positive experiences with this store but now that they open later I cannot visit a physical store and am constantly put on hold with an AI agent which is even less appealing. Gary and the gang are GREAT! Great energy in the store, makes a day of breaking your phone and having to spend extra money the least painful possible. Other issues with my account he was willing to discuss and provide honest and helpful feedback. Best verizon store I’ve been in. Everyone in here feels happy!
