Went there this morning right at opening, of course there was only two people working and both just chatting with customers about things irrelevant to phones. Waited about 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. I suggest if you go here be prepared to wait at least an hr. Worst customer service ive ever encountered

Go see Te Darrius he is the best. We went in and spoke with him and he made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We kept him in long after they closed two days in a row and it was absolutely not a problem with him. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. He helped us set everything up and he explained to us how everything worked and answered all our questions. He is a great salesman and just the nicest person. Especially during the holiday season. I would recommend him to everyone!

Avoid this store at all costs. Prepare to wait hours for ANYTHING. I would drive an extra 45 minutes to get to any other store Update: upgraded my phone and returned my old iPhone to this store for the $700 promotion credit, they claim lost my returned phone- got ahold of the return store in Fort Worth which confirmed they found & have my return phone and will issue a refund on my monthly payments 4 months later still getting charged, tried going back to this store for help - they can't help now I have to directly submit a claim with fedex even though the facility confirmed they found my phone at their facility. Called Verizon again, they promised to dig in this and call me back in a couple days- have yet to get ahold of anyone back about this. Tried calling again and they keep telling me they will submit a ticket to figure this out. 1 month later nothing. I am down $700 credit on my old perfect condition IPhone 11.

Went in today reluctant to part with my old phone but I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received today from the team at this store… specifically Te Darrius, the sales associate who helped me. He exceeded any expectations that I had. Also made me feel comfortable and assured that everything would be a smooth process switching over. He walked me through everything and made the process seamless. I am so grateful for his customer service. You are a blessing Te Darrius. Thank you!

NIGHTMARE!! I cannot stress enough not to sign up with them!! BEWARE!!I originally went to sign up for a plan with Verizon online and ordered a new phone online. When I went in person to cancel my order because I would be signing up with a plan with another vendor the agent there told me that as long as I didn't pick up the phone I ordered then I would not be charged. However a few weeks later I received a bill for $468 despite not receiving any services with them. I went in person to this location again and was told that I would need to call their customer service line so I called in person and the call took over two hours of me sitting in their in person location. At the end of the call I was told the charges would be taken off of my account, however, I have without notice been sent to collections for $100 for services I never received, the in-person location here was no help at all and this has caused me so so much stress, and impacted my credit score.I cannot tell you how much stress this has caused me. I literally just spent 30 minutes on the phone with a collections company trying to explain to them that I did not receive any services with Verizon. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TO BE YOU DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON.

Pleasant & timely experience working with Steven and Quentin in business services. Came in to add a new line and left with a ton of helpful info that I was not aware VZ offered. GPS tracking, video QBooks integrated technology. Both agents were very knowledgeable and I look forward to continue doing business with this location. -Rene

Wow! I think I’d be hard pressed to recall a time I experienced better customer service!!! Gabe went over and above to get us exactly what we needed and even more so, helped us to save money, not just on our current plan, but with some of our outside services as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He gave recommendations without being pushy and provided guidance on how to maximize the most from our services we can get through Verizon. Next time you go into Verizon, be sure to ask for Gabe!!!

Worst customer service I've seen by Gabe ,never even looked up and acknowledged me u til I said I would not give email adress.I simply needed a quote for 2 lines and 2 phones ,he stated can't give me one without an email . Website is very confusing to see what the plan prices are also. Someone needs to learn better customer service

Had a great experience getting my daughter her first phone. Love Nahomie. She's hilarious, insightful, and helpful. We laughed the whole time. Give her a raise! And the new guy with the dreads is cuuute. Don't know if that warrants a raise, though ?

This place has the worst costumer service imaginable. I stopped to purchase a new otter box cover for my iPhone 13 pro. After waiting my turn to be seen, I was told there weren’t any in the front of the store, and they would check to see if they had any in the back. After 30 minutes of waiting, and noticing the original person that came to help me had moved on to another customer, I gave up and left the store. Maybe my Trump 2024 hat had something to do with it?
