Pleasant atmosphere, friendly employees, everyone was very knowledgeable, didn’t feel rushed, the cost of everything was a lot less than I expected! They got to me right away without any waiting. There’s a lot of pros to this business, but I can’t think of any cons!

30 days from my appointment and the order to get my glasses is still pending, it is the third time asking status, extremely bad service.

Caring staff ensured I had everything my wife and I needed. 4 pairs of glasses and bringing in my daughter next week. Great all around experience.

The optometrist was great and I got my appointment quickly. The problem came after the exam. A sample pair of contacts was to be ordered so I could try them. I have been waiting for.them.to see if I wanted contacts or glasses. 2 weeks later there is still no word from visionworks. I stopped by yeaterday to get an update only to find out my contacts were NEVER ordered! I also never fot a receipt because (I can't remember if his name was Michael or Matthew) couldn't get the printer to work. I guess he couldn't figure out how to order my contacts either. I also.told him that I needed my pupillary distance measurements so I could order a new scuba mask and he blew me off because I wasn't getting glasses. Visionworks doesn't make prescription scuba masks so why does it matter? Also, when I went in yesterday and found this out the woman there seemed shocked that I was upset that Matthew failed to do his job. I am pissed and at this point it is highly doubtful I will be back. Especially since I found out I can get an eye exam $30+ dollars cheaper at a local optometrist just 5 minutes from my house.

I will tell you guys the date so the ladies that were working get the credit. My daughter and I along with my two babies went for eye exams today on 06/10/2024 & the ladies provided the best customer service I think I have ever seen. It was kind of a riot with the kids and but the ladies were so so kind and helpful. The truly went above and beyond. Thank you guys!!!

Wish I could give this place a 0! I am diabetic. Called them up because I started having floaters in my eyes suddenly. The male Hispanic optometrist down there treated me like it was all in my head. I told him my vision is blurry and I think my contact lenses prescription is too strong. He tells me, “no this is what our machines showed us your prescription is and floaters cause your vision to be blurry.” I went round and round with him not willing to dilate my eyes. Told me the Optomap was more precise. Ended up going to an Opthalmologist and he dilated my eyes. I found out I have mild cataracts and my contact lenses prescription was too strong! Also my daughter saw the young Optometrist here(I believe she’s from India). She told my daughter that she saw a small hole in her retina in her left eye. She said not to worry because the body has a way of healing itself. So my daughter took her at her word. Two months go by and my daughter started seeing flashes of light in the left eye and floaters and then it was like a shadow over her eyes. She immediately went to see a Opthalmologist. It was an emergency. My daughter’s left eye had a detached retina and the right eye had a tear in the retina. She had to have surgery ASAP. The surgeon had to place a silicone band in left eye to reattach the retina and did laser surgery on the right eye. My daughter could have lost her eyesight due to these incompetent people! My daughter spoke to someone at the Corporate VisionWorks and they were going to have someone call her back but they never did. Also the manager that used to work there was named Joel. He has since left this location to open up another VisionWorks. But while waiting to see the optometrist, I overheard Joel telling one of the employees how much money they took in that day. That’s all this place cares about is money. If you want to take care of your eyesight don’t go here. Go see an Opthalmologist.
UPDATE: someone claiming to be the CEO called me. He basically sided in with their optometrists. Didn’t say he was sorry and showed no empathy.

I went for exam and ordered glasses based on the exam. The glasses gave me very bad headaches so I returned and they ordered new ones. They didn’t work either. I asked for a refund on 4/9/24. Today is 5/10/24 and I have not received any refund. I have called 6 separate occasions to inquire about the delay; every time they say we will call me right back with an update and I am still waiting for the call and my refund. I work in healthcare and would never dream of providing such suboptimal patient care. I would never go there or recommend anyone to go there. I am still waiting to get my money back. So frustrated and disappointed!

The optometrist was thorough and explained the results to me and the associate knew his stuff and made good recommendations. The total cost was very reasonable and the whole experience was very organized and well done.
