I've had several occasions where I needed extra help understanding meds, and Jerry, Donna, and Katie have all bent over backwards to make sure I am confident about what I'm taking and how I'm supposed to take it. “I frequently shop this store and it just hasn't been the same or as nice in the last year. I also see a different store manager. I used to see a lady named Delane. She was always busy and cleaning or doing something. And she was very polite and nice to talk to if I saw her while I was in the store. I could tell she really loved her job! I don't see the manager at all now when I shop. Well, just my thoughts. Just miss that tidy home look and feel like it used to be... hats off to Delane for doing a great job for Walgreens. Don't know what happened to her, but she is a valuable asset to any employer.”
