My experience with Bonnie at the Cricket store in Carrollton ga was wonderful!!! I am 80 years old and she helped me soooo Much showing me everything I need to know about my phone. Thanks Bonnie continue to be a good customer service rep. Keep Bonnie at your store!!!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars out of 5 for the customer service.
My only complaint is this location seems to be severely understaffed. Not sure if upper management is aware of this but its a bit concerning to a frequent customer.
