“The reason for the 5 stars are for a young lady in customer pick up area named Emily. I had an issue with my order and one person told me some things that weren't correct. I called back and spoke to Miss Emily and she took charge, fixed the problem and, in a very positive and professional manner, took care of me and made sure I got what I ordered correctly and with a big smile. She is a fine person and employee!”

“I was helped by the immaculate Tracy C. She is a short, but gorgeous and confident and highly intelligent knowledgeable representative of T-Mobile and what we stand for. I have been an employee of T-Mobile since it’s inception in 2003 when we were acquired by Voice stream, and I have seen many of types of employees as I have worked storefront, call center, corporate office, acquisitions, work from home currently. Out of all those experiences, there are only a few types of representatives that Je ne sais quoi that is lightning in the bottle and comes completely natural to the individual. She is one of those employees and should be strongly promoted and should be in charge of training other employees because her confidence exudes and she can get you to upsell without even having to ask you, because you already just want to because of your enjoyment of your time with her, and not to mention her infectious smile. The ambience in the store is clean and well put together. They do seem to attract customers who have no idea how phones work or what they truly want and they do take up a lot of the employees time unnecessarily and cause back ups where the store becomes packed and they’re Not able to assist in the timely manner, but it is not their fault at all. There was a Apple Watch Ultra display watch missing on the display rack and I believe they are switching it out to the Apple Watch Ultra 2 but it should be on display instead there is an empty band there with y’all alarm attached to it. As a T-Mobile employee of course is stuck out to me, but the average person would not notice it but again it also takes away from a customer wanting to purchase the Apple Watch Ultra or the Apple Watch Ultra Second generation because they don’t see it at all and it’s not on display so that should be rectified and remedy as soon as possible. The other employees were engaged with their assigned customers and doing their best to work with them while constantly re-explaining things that customers just clearly had no understanding of which can be frustrating but these employees at this store are highly trained to be patient And kind and did their best to work with the customer in order to handle porting numbers and porting numbers out contact transfers, answering general questions and also managing store safety as children were left unattended in the store and were attempting to remove the fire hydrant or shall I say fire extinguisher. The employees caught it immediately, and were kind in their approach and asking the woman to please not have her child do that in the woman kindly got her child to stop. If I lived in this area would definitely be a store that I would frequent and would be my home store. If I were interested in working storefront, this would definitely be the location I would want to work in as well . “Ashley Zelaya helped me today in my change from AT&T service to Spectrum service. She was GREAT! Sooo patient and kind. Most people her age try to get rid of senior citizens as quickly as possible, but not Ashley. She took her time and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. Spectrum needs to try to find more young people like Ashley, but she might be one of a kind. She is very knowledgeable about the products. There wasn’t anything I asked her about that she didn’t know. I don’t know how much y’all are paying her, but I do know it isn’t enough. She’s the perfect employee. Spectrum is so very lucky to have found her.”
