Wasn't much help with an issue and couldn't do anything unless my husband was present even though I know the login info and pin number for our account. Also messed with my settings on my phone so I had to go back in afterward & redo everything again. I like cricket service as a whole but I would avoid this store

To walk into a store and feel comfortable and speak to Stephanie, I swear I felt like I’ve known her forever.. she kept a smile and had this friendly very helpful energy. I came in looking for hotspot and she broke everything down to where I get the best use for my money! She’s amazing!!!! Now a proud member of cricket thanks to you girl!!!

They were very patient with me trying to port over from Metro. Toyanna and Brenda were a huge help. They helped me get a great phone within my budget. I absolutely love Cricket. I've been with them for a good while. I hate i ever left.
