“While I have shopped in store with them a few different times, I primarily prefer to shop the app and pick up my orders from their warehouse. “Great customer service. Went in store to purchase the Jordan Brotherhood 1s, upon doing so it was brought to our attention that the shoe was sold out after I placed a down payment on the shoe. However, when the bad news was brought to me, the employees apologized and gave me an alternative. With a deal like this I couldn’t say no. I will most definitely be returning.
