“The handle on the passenger side door of my Ford Expedition had broken. I purchased a new one from the Ford dealership in Cartersville and asked about labor charges there and I believe Pam quoted $150 hour labor (if not this price it was very close). I called Roger at Matthews auto body because a friend had used them before. Roger called within two hours of me dropping it off and said the car was ready. They charged me $50 for the labor - I stood there and asked him why it was so cheap (I was expecting $200-300 charges) and he said the labor charge for the repair was only an hour and that is their rate. I guess I'm so used to being ripped off at dealerships I don't know how to respond to honest people anymore.Service: Body & Trim”

Nearly 2 years after having safelite replace our windshield I noticed the trim was loose along the edges of the window. Wasn't expecting much when I called safelite about it since it had been so long but they did not even hesitate to schedule someone to come out and address the issue at no charge! I didn't even have to raise my voice or anything. They just did it! Businesses, especially larger international businesses, just don't do that anymore.
