About Heritage Inn Cartersville

Budgetel is a place where guests find good management and great hospitality. The office staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. Guests praise the nice pool and snacks in the front. Rooms are big and spacious, with a tall refrigerator and two sinks. A microwave is available, but sometimes food needs to be heated for longer. The staff and housekeeping are nice and try to accommodate needs. Water is nice and hot. Many guests say the internet is unreliable, sometimes going in and out for days. Food and drinks are offered at lower prices than many places. Overall, people feel welcome and find the rooms clean and spacious.

    There was no doubt the bed and bed spread were clean! You could smell the clean! The rooms are older but had no issues. They allowed my dog which was great. Lady at desk at check in was helpful! Will stay again without hesitation! They do charge a deposit!

    Owners and staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Room is comfortable and the price is more than reasonable. Right off 75 makes getting to downtown cartersville easy. Best hotel experience I’ve had. Feels like home!
