“Going to this MainStay Suites in Cartersville, Ga. proved to be a BLESSING!!
This was my 1st time in Cartersville and I experienced pleasantry, helpfulness, kindness, quick assistance and thoroughness. FRED was on point, pleasant, knowledgeable, warm and kind. .
Other than 1-elevator, I enjoyed the tasty, daily free breakfast, (with efficient attendants), the room, the heated swimming pool, and most importantly, the comfort.
Fred and Carrie's ability to be smooth under pressure, while dealing with an onslaught of people, was quite impressive and refreshing. as there was a volleyball team or two staying at the hotel.
Thank you MainStay for choosing the employees that you do.

“Great staff! Upgraded rooms and lobby are nice. The only negative is they did away with the breakfast buffet and now it’s menu ordering only. The food is still good but a buffet is a lot quicker and easier. Other HGI properties still have a buffet, not sure why this one doesn’t.”
“We had a Great Time here. The guides that were there were amazing. My kiddos had no clue what was happening...they watched the video, they answered questions, were as confident as could be. 1st one, 3 feet out, 2nd one, 4 feet...hey 3rd kid, ooops, naw, 6 feet. Realization none of know what to do...the guys helped each guest...not just us. Offered advice, got down on their level, even to the ground and In the water to be helpful.
We were greeted by super friendly folks each time we crossed paths with any staff member.
As a mom, it seemed to me they followed above and beyond with safety issues. I felt my kids were as safe as possible for these activities.”
“It’s a really nice hotel to stay at I’ve been staying here with my company for about the 3 past months but everytime I get off work and I’m back to my room it’s all ready and clean and everything is nice and neat and folded they take care of there people and rooms overall a great place to stay at would recommend”

“I liked real Directv not some house version and it worked like is was supposed to. There is nothing that could be improved. This was the best one I've ever stayed in and looks like it was recently remodeled. The fit and finish were excellent. Many of the other 6's were short in this area but I am there just for a nights rest. I appreciate it when the sink drains, the shower works, the toilet flushes and the ice machine works and HVAC works and is quiet as a mouse. GOOD JOB here!! I wish they were all like this one. I will return as I pass through Atlanta regularly.”

“Staff, super nice and professional. Rooms, newly renovated and very clean. Hotel condition was currently being renovated but it was looking like major improvements have been made since my last stay 3-4 years ago (under different management then, i believe) I enjoyed my weekend there and will be back in the future.
Brigitte was very sweet at check-in and made sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed (forgot my toothpaste and deodorant at home somehow and they had no problem supplying it - complimentary of course!)”

“Well apparently this location does not like to give but 1 washcloth for 2 people. No ice bin, coffee maker, cups. Nothing. So if your expecting any of this keep dreaming. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The pillows everything you moved they made a rustling sounds. The room was clean.”

“The customer service and atmosphere was above and beyond. Christa is amazing and knowledgeable!!! I'm a CLC User and one of the best check ins!! CLC is not easy if the person at the front desk doesn't know. Hotel is quiet. Housekeeping very friendly!!. I definitely recommend and if I ever come back this way for work or leisure this is where I stay. Saved in my favorites”

“There was no doubt the bed and bed spread were clean! You could smell the clean! The rooms are older but had no issues. They allowed my dog which was great. Lady at desk at check in was helpful! Will stay again without hesitation! They do charge a deposit!”
