“I don't leave reviews very often but the service my wife and I received was beyond exceptional. Nearly 2 years after having safelite replace our windshield I noticed the trim was loose along the edges of the window. Wasn't expecting much when I called safelite about it since it had been so long but they did not even hesitate to schedule someone to come out and address the issue at no charge! I didn't even have to raise my voice or anything. They just did it! Businesses, especially larger international businesses, just don't do that anymore.
