“My family's cars and truck get washed here and NOWHERE ELSE! I love all the fresh towels, and they even provide windex, brushes, and bug scrubbers! The vacuums are fantastic, and this place is always clean. There is an out-in-the open stall area for vacuum and detailing after running through the wash itself. It's the best car wash I have ever used, and as long as I live in Cartersville it will be the only one I ever use!”
“I came by about a week ago to get my car washed, a bunch of berries had fallen off the trees and busted open on the car. It was once of those days that it was like 50 degrees and incredibly windy. I was originally going to go through the manual side of the car wash but with the wind it was way to cold for me. I went through the automatic side and it got a lot of the berries off (i wasn’t expecting a touch less wash to get everything) but as i was pulling out the owner of the car wash stopped me and said he would finish the wash manually. We both agreed it wasn’t the fault of the automatic wash but he still pulled me over and washed the rest of the mess off for free! Cartersville carwash really cares about ensuring you’ll leave w a clean car, not just about getting your money!! I won’t go anywhere else for a car wash now!”
“These folks did a great job on our fifth wheel. It didn't take very long at all and I was pretty dang impressed.
They'd get the full five if this was anywhere that was anything. The only worthwhile thing to do for the 20~30 minutes there was watching sparrows in the tree outside McDonald's.

“Jonathan and his assistant did an outstanding job in cleaning and detailing my wife’s car! They arrived at our house at the agreed upon date and time and in less than two hours later her Honda CRV looked like it had just rolled out of a new car show room! They brought all of the equipment and supplies needed and it was a pleasure to watch them work through the process they have developed to transform dirty cars into very clean vehicles. I was especially impressed with how clean the interior looked. I highly recommend Jonathan and his assistant for cleaning and detailing any vehicle! Sam G”

“My review is based on many visits at all times of day and all seasons since April 2022. Whatever you're judging criteria may be, this is the best car wash in Cartersville. It's generally well-lit, clean and maintained. Chemicals in self-wash bays are very-rarely empty. Room for detailing is plentiful. I pay with debit and I have never had a problem with the card reader. Whenever I see the attendant he is friendly and helpful.”

Stopped by today taking advantage of the beautiful weather and a free car wash coupon I had received by mail and had lingered in my purse way too long…just to be told by the attendant it had expired. Well…I simply asked the attendant Kenny to check with his manager to see if he would still honor it. Seconds later the Xavier came greeted me with a smile and assessed the situation and told me “I understand… I got you this time ma’am . He listened and then he addressed my concern. In times as these where great customer service is hard to come by, I have to salute the attendant that greeted me with a smile, listened and took my concerns to his up line. Great job Xavier for embodying what true customer service really looks like and for setting the example for Kenny and for understating and practicing the value of listening and taking care his clients. Both employees by the way were between 20-23 years old. The end result… a happy and returning client. My family and I will be using Zip’s for all our car wash needs. Stop by and let Kenny and Xavier take care of you. It is truly the employees that make a business successful. I am a small business owner myself. I value great customer service because we practice it in my insurance agency. It’s not something of the past… it’s just the right thing to do for our clients!”
