Yes some things are broken, and some things don't work ... “I would like to say that this is the best store that I have shopped at and every time that I visit the store, there are so many items and products that are at an awesome price and even better for when they are in clearance. There is about anything that a person needs or have the desire to buy. Everything is in perfect condition, very organized, no damages, and the prices are even better than any other store nearby in the area. “This Dollar General store is the best in Cartersville GA. Almost every time I go to this store I am greeted by Cheyenne. She is so friendly and amazing. She knows the store inside and out. Today I asked her if she's a manager. She told me no. She definitely needs to be the manager of this store. Customers love her. She brightens up the store and makes customers feel welcome. I've watched her interact with customers several times. She's patient, caring, helpful, and understanding. Dollar General store is so blessed to have Cheyenne as their employee and her smile and positive attitude blessed me every time see her☺️.”

“This store is very clean. The staff is outstanding with knowledge of helping me shop easier. I stopped buying ice cream at Publix. Because the ice cream at this store is more than half off the price of a regular grocery store. Enjoyed finding knickknacks for my new home. Even helped with my groceries to the car. “This Dollar Tree has a great selection of merchandise that's actually really cute!! I was very impressed but the check out process was a nightmare!!! There was only 1 person on the register & even though she called for help, no one showed up to get the long line of customers down & there were several employees walking around who could've helped her out.”

“The store is kept generally clean and stock is regularly replaced. There is a wide variety compared to other DGs in surrounding towns most likely because it is a newer model store. Only 4 stars because sometimes the 2 checkouts are only manned by 1 clerk and the lines can back into the isles with short shopping runs turning into waiting for the Cyclone at Six-Flags.”
