The next day on Monday when they opened, I called them about my situation and they gave me a good and reasonable price. They had my phone screen fixed in about 30 minutes and did a really good job! I'd use them again.They will make you aware of additional things to buy: protection plans, cases, etc. Gilles overheard me talking about getting an Xbox for my boy and was sure to offer to sell me one and to finance it. They weren't pushy at all, but they definitely made me aware of opportunities to purchase thingss.They also have a tip jar, and the credit card keypad asked me to leave a tip. I say that because I'm one of those annoying people who doesn't much care for leaving tips; I'd rather see them just put the "tip" into the cost of the service. But it's not that big a deal.All that said, I'll be using these guys again. They did a fine job, and I'm very satisfied with their service, costs, and professionalism. Recommended.”
