“I definitely want to give a review on Jay with Frazier Menerey Agency!! I have had the hardest time with making the right choices on insurance and not ever once has Jay not went above and beyond to help me through this time that is very stressful on me. He has helped me tremendously! Not to mention, when he was on a plane for vacation coming back home, he replied back. As to also out of the office and grilling for the game, he replied back! To ME that says A LOT. If you need a guy that is down to earth and treats you like a loyal person should, I recommend Jay totally and know you as well will not be disappointed as I am just another human on the streets and he has impressed me with his professionalism and kindness!!! I would give more stars if I could. Kindness is very hard to find these days.”

“Early in August my husband and I returned home to find our basement under water...well, the floor was under water, anyway. I called Joel and by the next morning his staff had given me the name and number of a clean up service. They checked in along the way to make sure things were going well. They made sure all the payment details were attended to. We're still in the repair process but the company they recommended is great. I'm not sure what would have happened if they hadn't been there for us but I'm sure glad they were!”
