The wait was horrible. DO NOT go on a. Weekend. They seemed uneducated when it comes to explaining the bill, and leave things out about the bill when selling a newer product. They charge 80$ month just for services. Which is insane when you consider how many companies don't charge over 50$

I was trying to purchase a phone and needed an interpreter. I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years! Zach told me he could not talk to the interpreter over the phone and myself because it was too much work. He was rude and not customer service friendly. Definitely will not be shopping here again.

I’ve gone in here several times. Always clean, the staff are incredibly professional and actually very helpful. Shout out to one professional Edi. She helped me upgrade our plan with new phones and made the process a very easy and enjoyable experience. Thanks for being awesome!

I broke the glass on my phone so i needed a new phone and im 1000 miles from home. First trip in this store was 10 days prior to the new Samsung was released. I was told that ALL Samsung phones were sold out or had been retrieved by Samsung. Really???? Ok. So I go back 2 days after the release and it takes the salesman 30 minutes to figure out that they only have the last model and the new release. Then refuses to activate the new phone because it may take too long. Again, Really???? Isn't that your job? Why in the heck do people need to go to a store and pay marked up prices for things and have to do everything ourselves anyway!!!! Then just to top off my experience, the salesman deactivates my old phone before I get the new phone activated and poof, now I have no dang phone. Then I get to spend 45 minutes on the phone with someone in the Philippines just to get my old phone reactivated. Now I get to drive 30 minutes back to the store when they finally open at 11am so they can activate the new phone. I have been with Verizon since there were just beepers. I will be leaving Verizon as soon as this phone is paid for. I'm done.

Absolutely terrible location, staff is very unfriendly, accused my elderly mother in law of “yelling” at them even though they were told she has hearing issues. Won’t be back.

Austin is awesome!Stopped in with my mother just to see about an old iphone i had laying in a box and was planning to throw out. Took it in to verizon and i was assured that damage does not effect the return value, after about 20 minutes Austin gave me a trade in value at 800$! Mind you this was a cracked old iphone 12 i was going to throw away...After another 20 minutes Austin helped me and my mother out with nearly 5 different discounts we had lined up.Over all 5 star experience!Oh i also was coming from AT&T...:)They converted me with this visit!Great job Austin!.

Self checkout is only option ! Employees only help when u turn around and make eye contact like u are their mother. Wish I had walked out several times.

Very helpful. I needed to change plans and the manager broke it down for me. She helped me find the best deal for our family. This store has always been so helpful.They also have a nice military discount, along with several other job related discounts.

There almost 2 hours. While WITH the assistant manager I was told to call customer service. Wtheck?????I went into the store because last week I probably spent 10 to 15 hours on the phone with customer service to no avail. All my problems did not get solved and I will be looking into another service provider after having Verizon for over 17 years.

Had an amazing experience with Edilene at the Cartersville location she was very nice and help me with upgrading my phone also gave me multiple choices to choose from as far as payment goes, she also upgraded my plan which I’m very happy with love my new phone and was very pleased with her customer service.
