“I found out my cat has stage 4 kidney disease, and in this nightmare Westside Animal Hospital has been amazing. I call them frequently and despite constantly having busy schedules and other emergencies they always make time to talk to me. I seriously feel that they care about my little angels, and I appreciate all the vets and vet techs. She had a 5 day hospital stay with them and I knew she was being taken care of so well.”
“Awesome staff and very caring. But, I wished once you are an established client. The office visit fee should be reduced. 75.00 every time you go. But, the care you get is well worth it. Being on a fixed income, and needing to go with a sick pet. Does add up. Highly recommend them.”

“The entire management and staff truly are willing to go above and beyond to help the community. Recently a foster dog got loose while in the store with their owner and escaped the building. While no fault to the store or team there they went above and beyond daily to support the local rescue team track and ultimately rescue the dog and bring her back into safety. Many businesses would turn a blind eye to this, but the team here is vested in the community they support and worked daily to help bring this girl back to safety. Great job!!!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this place. We just moved to Cartersville and needed to be seen as soon as possible for an unexpected issue with our 4 year old dog.
They were able to see us same day, the front staff was so friendly and courteous.
The office staff really listened to my concerns and the quirky things about our dog. And she is quirky, lol.
Dr White was so nice and professional, he really listened and he didn't push all kinds of treatments on us just to collect money.
The cost of our whole visit was crazy reasonable.
I highly recommend coming here for your fur babies. I will definitely come back for all our vet appointments.”

“I cannot express the depth of my gratitude to Cartersville Animal Hospital for the extraordinary care they provided to my dog, Bambino, during the most horrific moment of our lives. We were attacked by two unleashed pit bulls in Cartersville, and Bambino was gravely injured.
He underwent three major surgeries and was truly fighting for his life.
From the moment we arrived, the entire staff showed compassion, urgency, and professionalism. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained every procedure in detail, and treated Bambino as if he were their own. In one of the most brutal and emotionally devastating moments l've ever experienced, they gave me hope and comfort when I desperately needed it.
Their dedication, skill, and genuine care are the reason Bambino is still here with me today. I will forever be grateful for the love and lifesaving work they provided. Cartersville Animal Hospital is a blessing to this community, and I recommend them with all my heart. ♥️

“They were very professional, nice & took time with myself & "Angel"! I normally have a vetinarian clinic I take her to but am on a fixed income & they offer licensed vets without the office visit & high prices.The only downfall was I live in Plainville Ga. & had to drive to Cartersville. I can do shots @ several tractor & supply close to me but not for ear infections & other medical needs for "Angel"! Improvement is not needed in my opinion on our visit, I just wish there was a wellness in the one in Rome, r Calhoun so it would be closer & more convenient! "Angel & myself want to give them a 5 star rating! Thanks Pet Vet & Tractor & Supply ur the best!”
