I let her in and now she is my only true love ❤️. I searched vets and this place had so many wonderful reviews! I brought her here for her first checkup and a year later for another. They helped me when she had a growth on her face and had it tested. My baby is ok and I will always trust this vet to help me care for my baby girl! Everyone at this office seems to really care and try to help no matter what!”
“If one of your fur babies suddenly needs emergency care, you obviously want to make sure they’re in the best hands. Well, that was definitely our experience with Shiloh! One evening we noticed that our male cat kept licking his male parts incessantly, so we began monitoring him closely. The next morning, we noticed he kept licking and then tried to use his litter box but produced no urine. At that point we knew he needed to be seen immediately. I called Shiloh to let them know what was going on with our kitty and they admitted him within the hour. Turns out he had a urethral obstruction (UO), which obviously needed urgent care. Dr. Davis and Christian (Vet Assistant) were absolutely exceptional. They were compassionate, extremely communicative, and took great care of our little guy. We really appreciated Dr. Davis calling us with updates on our kitty’s status, being thorough and clear on his explanations, and always giving us opportunity to ask questions. Christian was also wonderful, she explained things thoroughly, gave us food recommendations for extended care, and allowed us to come into the back room to visit our kitty while he was resting. Prior to moving forward with treatment, the staff also provided us with printed price breakdowns to make sure we understood the potential cost of treatment beforehand. Lastly, the entire Shiloh team was beyond fantastic, everyone from the front desk staff to the vet assistants to the veterinaries were kind, friendly, helpful, and offered a smile, which is exactly what you need when your fur baby is in a difficult situation (which can be extremely stressful). Shiloh team, we cannot thank you enough for taking care of our kitty. Thank you so very much for the amazing work you do!!!”
“Recently took my elderly feline here and everyone was so nice and professional. They have separate rooms for cats and dogs as to not stress cats. The veterinarian and techs were great with my pet and really showed their experience. The room layout and decor were also very cute and relaxing.”

I started coming here because it was close to where I lived, but I recently moved and still drive out of my way to come to this vet. All of the veterinarians, techs, assistants, and front desk personnel go above and beyond to make sure your vet visit is a pleasant one. Recently, my cat needed to have surgery to repair an entropion eyelid and have a sarcoma mass removed from his cheek. He is 11 years old and is FIV+ so he usually needs some extra care. Before the surgery, they walked me through the whole process so I knew what would be happening and what to expect. His healing took a little longer than anticipated, but Dr. Kirk Underwood, Dr. Zack McDonald, and the whole team at KMVS were always there to help. They would call me to check in and see how he is doing during his recovery or if there was anything I needed or if I had any questions, which shows they really do care! Susan McQueen who is the office manager makes sure you have everything you need and is always very welcoming and helpful. The whole team at KMVS really showed that they take animal care seriously. They truly want the best for your pet and will do everything to make sure they are receiving the best possible care. I trust them to take care of my cat and I recommend them to everyone. I cannot say enough positive things about KMVS!”

If you, too, are looking for a place to call home for your veterinary care then please consider coming to KMAH.”
“I’ve been taking my cats here for years. Great people all across the board, always. Years ago my cat, Pandora, had to be put to sleep due to cancer. The whole team was extremely kind and professional. Just recently our cat, Jasper, was very ill and we were going to put him to sleep. However he passed naturally in his sleep in our bed at home with his cat dad and brother. My husband took him into NCAH to be cremated, once again the staff was unbelievably kind and loving. I picked him yesterday, I was met with the same kindness and care as we’ve always received. I will always bring my fur babies to NCAH.”

They were extremely busy and short staffed and she still went above and beyond for us. I was a very scared cat mom and she assured me everything would be okay and helped me with resources to get my little guy back home.Doctor was also amazing and very informative. I cannot remember his name but definitely recommend .”
“JUST AWESOME!!!! Our sweet Golden Retriever got a fishing hook caught in her leg and we did not have an established vet in the area yet! Butler Creek took her in as an emergency appointment and in a very short time, the hook was safely removed! Dr. Jeff Shell was AMAZING as was the entire team at the animal hospital, and they did NOT charge us an exorbitant amount! THANK YOU for all you did for our precious Nala, we are so excited to have found a vet clinic that we LOVE!!!”
